PresidentPeter brings over 20 years of technology business and leadership experience. He is a follower of Jesus Christ, having come to a saving faith as an adult. He is husband to his beautiful wife Marisa, and father of two wonderful boys, Lucas & Ethan.
Jerry Mascheswki
Vice PresidentJerry attends and serves on the church board of Mountain View Christian Church with his wife, Shelley. They have two daughters: Cassandra, her husband Wesley along with their five children and Caroline. Jerry is retired from Dofasco where he worked as a Team Leader and brings with him skills in statistics, optimization, change management, administration, building, and project management.
Helen Cowan
Treasurer (Ex-Officio)Helen is first and foremost a follower of Jesus and a member of Selkirk Christian Chapel. She is a wife and mother of 4 beautiful daughters, grandmother of 13 delightful grandchildren and a retired Educational Assistant who enjoys working with numbers .
Shelly Mascheswki
SecretaryShelley attends and serves on the board of Mountain View Christian Church with her husband, Jerry. She retired after 15 years as a Secretary for Hamilton Health Sciences. Prior to that she had a home business as a Medical Transcriptionist while enjoying time raising their two lovely daughters, Cassandra and Caroline. She is blessed to have five grandchildren and a lovely son-in-law, Wes. Shelley brings with her experience in business management, organization and administration.
Joel Cormode
MemberJoel has been involved in camp at OCA since he was a camper himself. It was at camp that Joel decided to be baptized and follow Christ. He is married to a wonderful woman and has three sons. He is a public high school teacher and serves as an Elder at Keele Street Christian Church.
Edmund Lucido
MemberEdmund is pastor at Westway Christian Church. He is helping the community answer YES to the question, "if your church vanishes in the community, will they ever notice." Westway has had a Food Bank running since 2016, and offers GriefShare and DivorceCare classes. He has 19 years of management experience from the pharma industry. His lovely wife is Eya and their kids are Mika and Iliac.
Ken Meyerink
MemberKen is a member and serves on the Board of Grand Valley Church of Christ. He owns and operates Grandview Builders and his extraordinary skills as a contractor are seen throughout the camp. Ken serves on the OCAI Building Maintenance Committee. Ken is married to his lovely wife, Susan, and together they have three cherished daughters, a son-in-law, and are enjoying their first grandchild.
Jim Midgett
MemberJim has been the lead pastor of Selkirk Christian Chapel since 2015. Jim has been involved in the ministry of the camp since 2001, and served in many capacities, counselor, leader, and serving on the board. Jim is passionate about the ministry of the camp and value it provides to the Kingdom.
Jim Tune
MemberJim is the Senior Pastor at Emmaus Church in Burlington, Ontario. He is also President of Impact Ministry Group where he serves alongside his wife, Claudia. Jim has been involved with OCA for over 40 years as a camper, counselor, dean, and board member.
